Message So I know most of you guys on here probably dont know me (one of those yucky 3ZC residents), but I figured I'd post it up here anyways, since after all when it comes down to it, we're all here for the same reason- our love for the 300zx. That being said, here we go:

Long story short, the motor blew on my birthday (dec 30th) in 2008. I had always been planning to do a big build, just figured I would stock parts up slowly and rebuild my original motor (car was on the 2nd motor- original gave up at 200k :o ) so I can still drive the car, but the car had other ideas. So that began the snowball effect that we call buying parts.

I won't bore you with all the specifics, I'll just put up a complete mods list (complete as in everything I can remember, I'm sure there's some things left out). As for the few AMS parts I have, please keep the comments in- I know how TT.net feels about AMS- I am not a die hard AMS loyalist, I know all the accusations and I know their side of things- I would prefer to just stay out of it as everyone has their set of opinions.

And here we go:

Just to start out, this was the car before this happened:

and viola! Had a local guy build a base map for me and do a little street tuning just so I could put a few miles on the motor before we slap it on a dyno and go ape shit. Hoping to be on the dyno next week, so I'll keep you guys posted- here are some videos of the car (stalling issue was due to low fuel pressure, one of the fittings IN the tank was leaking, and also the cold start tune isn't perfect- it was just a map he tossed together then modified on the car just to be able to drive it so we're not going 30lbs of boost on parts with 0 miles)
